Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment for LIVE Classes only. Recorded Lectures are not eligible. Course completion must not exceed 20% of content. Promotional, discounted, and recorded courses are non-refundable.

Refunds are not applicable if more than 20% of course content has been accessed, the request is made after 7 days, the course was purchased through a third-party reseller, or for certification, registration, and setup charges.

Email info@shivaconceptsolution.com with your full name, registered email, course name, and refund reason. Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are credited through the original payment method. The amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Enrollments may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund in LIVE Classes if less than 5% of content has been accessed. Fully accessed or completed courses are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
